Lt. Dr. Adam Z. Seet is a registered counselling therapist endorsed by the Australia Counselling Association (ACA) and an associate consultant for Coburg Clinical Psychology. He has experience working in schools as a student welfare therapist. Dr. Seet has worked with a range of issues including AOD, family violence and abuse, low-functioning autism, and truancy. He believes empathetic communication is foundational to establishing positive rapport with clientele, most especially when they are mandated to attend. Dr. Seet has used CBT, Play and Art Therapy, and Psychodynamic therapeutic tools, preferring a holistic client-centered eclectic approach. He has also served as an officer in the military and has a passion for helping current or ex-service personnel regarding any issues in relation to their occupation, or on how to best reacclimatize to civilian life.

Costing:

*Costs are negotiable based on client financial circumstances subject to proof of income, student, veteran, other concession status. Emergency consultations will not carry an additional fee.

Initial Consultation Fee (in addition): $30

Subsequent Session: $100 (~45min session)

Extended (Double) Session: $150 (~1h 30m session)

Face-to-Face Session Fee (in addition): $30
