Alice is a warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth psychologist who believes that therapy is a collaborative process that facilitates the inherent desire humans have for growth, connection, and meaning. Alice has experience working with anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, trauma, and grief and loss. With a background in the public health system, she has developed a strong interest in working with people managing complex and chronic health conditions, including cancer, chronic pain, and strokes.

Alice draws from a range of evidence-based treatments including cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and compassion-focused approaches. Her approach is person-centered, ensuring that therapy aligns with each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Alice has completed an undergraduate degree (with Honours), from the University of Melbourne. She is in the very final stages of completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Monash University, focusing on parenting and adolescent mental health. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and been presented at international conferences.

Tuesday 10.00am - 6.00pm
Wednesday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday 9:00am - 5.00pm
