Charlotte has her assistant, Freddy, the Italian grey hound with her during most sessions.
Charlotte is a registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar. Charlotte has experience working with all types of disordered eating and has a special interest in the intersection of neurodivergence and eating disorders. She also enjoys working with adults experiencing issues with identity, life transitions, self-esteem, body-image, attachment-related problems and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID).
Charlotte’s therapeutic style is open, authentic, warm, and playful. She believes that clients are their own experts, and loves to help empower them to accept themselves and their quirks to live and authentic, value-based life.
It is important to Charlotte to provide care that feels safe and accepting for people of all genders, sexualities, and neurotypes. Her work with eating disorders is firmly grounded in Health At Every Size (HAES) principles, and she believes that bodies of all shapes and sizes are deserving of respect, acceptance, and care.
